    1. Security Deposit

      • A refundable security deposit of PHP 2,000 (CASH) is required upon check-in and will be collected by the Front Office.

    2. Pool Access

      • The pool area is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (Lower Deck Floor).

    3. Cooking Policy

      • Cooking is strictly prohibited within hotel premises. Violators will incur a penalty fee of PHP 3,000.

    4. Non-Smoking Policy

      • Hotel rooms, balconies, and hallways are strictly NON-SMOKING. A penalty of PHP 5,000 will apply for violations.
      • Designated smoking areas are available at the Pool Deck.

    5. Property Damage and Loss

      • Guests will be charged for any damage to hotel property, including stains on bedding, linens, towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets.
      • Lost or damaged key cards will be charged PHP 1,000 per card.

    6. Pet Policy

      • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

    7. Visitor Policy

      • A maximum of three (3) visitors is allowed per room. Visitors staying beyond 10:00 p.m. will incur an additional fee of PHP 1,000 per person.
      • Pool access for visitors is available at PHP 350 per person.

    8. Extra Person Charge

      • An additional charge of PHP 1,000 per person, per night, applies for extra guests.

    9. Children Policy

      • A maximum of two (2) children aged 7 and below can stay free of charge (breakfast not included).

    10. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

      • Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval.

    11. Cancellation Policy

      • Room reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
      • Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
      • For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show, the hotel will charge the first night's stay.

    12. Prepayment Policy

      • Non-guaranteed reservations must be prepaid at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Failure to settle prepayment will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
